Jeanette Quick
Jeanette Quick (@lequickwriter) is working on a hybrid novel on grief, ethics, and a nuclear spill in her California hometown. Her poetry, short stories, and theater reviews have been published in The Offing, Ghostwoods, Forum, and others. She has earned residencies from Craigardan, Kimmel Harding Nelson Center, Eugene O'Neill Foundation, AIR Paducah, and Sundress, and has received support from the Kenyon Review Writers Workshop and Rona Jaffe Foundation for the Bread Loaf Writers' Workshop. Jeanette holds a BA in Philosophy and Economics from Berkeley and a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University. Her advocacy work as a lawyer has appeared in many publications, including the San Francisco Chronicle, Baltimore Sun, Fast Company, MSN, Forbes, Business Insider, and others.
